Account Help
- For sign-in issues, include the login name or phone number used in the app.
- For store authorization issues, include the platform and store name.
- For product, order, or after-sale issues, include the platform, store name, and item or order ID when available.
Account Deletion
In the app, open Settings, choose Account Security, then choose Delete Account. The deletion flow can be completed directly in the app.
